Elizabet Stevens is a writer, teacher and actor. A former journalist, she worked for the CBC in Halifax,
Charlottetown, and Sydney, Cape Breton, was a correspondent for the Globe and Mail, a contributor to the Mail Star/Chronicle, and the N.B. Telegraph Journal. She is a graduate of Dalhousie University’s Theatre Department, and has an M.A. in English (Creative Writing), UNB, Fredericton. Her fiction, non-fiction and poetry have been published in newspapers, and literary journals across Canada.
Elizabet grew up in Saint John, lived in Halifax for many years and now lives where she was born in
Southern New Brunswick, Canal-Bonny River. “Pamela Pollock’s Perilous Adventure” is her first children’s book.
